In my most recent role, I produced numerous in-depth user manuals up to 80 pages in length to help technical and non-technical users navigate sophisticated online financial platforms with ease. The manuals contained steps on how to use a product (similar to the knowledge articles I wrote) followed by screenshots, notes/warnings, tables, and references to other documents for additional information. I frequently worked alongside subject matter experts to create new documentation for product launches and update existing ones for each release.

As these manuals are confidential, I included sample pages from an APIs document I wrote in collaboration with engineers that was available on the website. I also created a design proposal for the user manuals using Adobe InDesign.
